New Business:

1.  Transfer of County Funds:

The Board will vote on Resolution 2022-4, concerning the transfer of WCSD funds from the County to the District bank account at Bank of the West.

2.  Closed Session:

The Board will adjourn to closed session pursuant to Section 54954.5(c) of the Brown Act to consider CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--ANTICIPATED LITIGATION.

3.  Return to Open Session: 

The Board will report action, if any, in the closed session.

4.  Adjournment:  The next Regular Board Meeting will be December 21, 2022 at 7 PM.
