CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

Directors: Eric Baysinger, Mike Jones, Steve Martin, Linda McKeever, Ken Reed, GM Barbara Kascht.

1.      Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Board on any non-agenda item. Please keep your comments brief as no action can be taken on matters not on the Agenda.

2.      Approval of Minutes: Read and approve the Minutes of the most recent regular meeting held on 01/15/2025.

3.      Financial Review & Bills for Payment: The Board will review the current financial position and discuss/ approve currently presented bills including R&S invoices.

a.      Update on audits (last two years ending 2023 and 2024 with Sensible Accounting.

b.      Review 2025-2026 Budget.

c.       DOJ New ADA Laws and their affect on the District’s Website and increase in monthly fee.

4.      Project Updates: An update on the projects that are new, ongoing, and completed.

a.      Front Gate Repair – Waiting for quote to upgrade back gate and submerge track on front gate. From R&S Erection of Tri-County Inc.

b.      Front Gate Kiosk Upgrade – Post approved plans and solicit bidders

c.       Culvert Clean out services update

d.        WCSD Annual Fee Increase – continued discussion.
